Fourthly, round sieve design is two times dimension than othe general hammer mill, perfect performance and not easy to be blocked, even slightly blockage happened, can be easily cleared up while running.This make the grinded powder have even and uniform size, also the unqualified size powder will be automatically go back to roller and make it qualified and get through the sieve cloth and be collected.

Feed the raw material manually or by conveyer into the hopper, and then the raw material will be cleaned by the rotating brushes (brush is made of acrylic fiber) installed inside the chamber. Then the fan above will take the dust, and other impurities will fall into the bottom to come out. Cleaned chili will discharge from the material discharge port.

Crushed chili pieces go into the grinder hopper by feeding auger, after the roller, the powder will go into the sifter by the short auger, the qualified powder will go down and suction out by fan to the powder collect, the unqualified powder will go back to the feeding auger and recycle grinding.

By sieve cloth (sieve cloth is made of nylon),two piece of sieve cloth attach to one sieve frame, which horizontal lay inside sifting machine part, it is very easy to change the sieve cloth. So our grinder advantage mainly focus on this part, the final powder mesh size is very homogeneous. The powder can be 20-120 mesh by our roller grinding machine, but usually 30-60 mesh is enough for chili spice powder industry.

Yes, the pre crusher is a necessary step before grinding chili into powder, considering the grinding speed and effect,3-5 mm crushed material is the best size.
