This is a new technology method of producing garlic powder, first use the garlic separating machine to separate bulbs into cloves, then use garlic peeling machine to peeling the skin, these two machines is with air compressor, simulate hands method to separate and peeling. Then slice the cloves into small slice, which will be helpful for drying and grinding .Then drying the slices and then use grinding set to grind them into powder, then into packing process.



This garlic powder processing set is mainly used for dehydration vegetable granulating, milling, can process garlic granule, garlic powder, onion granule, carrot granule, pumpkin granule, and various spices, also can be used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing and other industries for process and classify powder and granular.

2. Using continuous production, particle processing time is short, and production in a sealed state, the product does not absorb moisture, small water moisture increase.
3. The unit material feeding adopts a continuous uniform feeding of the feed roller, the material is automatically raised, easy operation, low labor intensity, 4-5 people can operate.
4. The unit can produce three different particle size of particles, and also can produce one or two particles of different particle size.
5. Because using the special granulation equipment, material broken can get effective control; the broken can be adjusted as needed, the grain rate is high. Production of different particle size of the garlic, flour yield is not higher than: 8- 16 mesh, 7%;16-40 mesh,17%;40 -60 mesh, 30%; 60 to 80 mesh,40%.
6. The unit has a miscellaneous skin cleaning device, during processing can separate miscellaneous skin which mixed in the materials..
